Holding a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree, his journey in the Dubai Police began, and he steadily climbed the ranks to attain the distinguished position of Brigadier. His dedication was instrumental in revolutionizing criminal investigation methods and the management of crime scenes.

Beyond his administrative role, Arif Murshed displayed an unwavering commitment to justice and human rights. The Dubai Police provided him with the platform to hone his skills and talents, enabling him to consistently deliver work marked by precision and quality.

Arif Murshed’s brilliance came to the forefront in various leadership capacities. He garnered widespread recognition as the Director of Quality Management, further solidifying his reputation as the Head of the Security Inspection Team. His expertise also extended to his role as a Director in the General Criminal Investigation Department, where his accomplishments spoke volumes.

His accolades tell a story of their own, with a remarkable collection of 68 medals and honors adorning his career. Notably, he was awarded the Minister of Interior’s accolade for his leadership of the finest crime scene team in the UAE. As he transitioned into retirement, Murshed ventured into the realm of electronic government transactions, founding successful enterprises in the field.

Presently, Arif Murshed holds the prestigious position of Executive Director in various Advocates and Legal Consultancy firms. With an impressive career spanning over 31 years, he continues to embody the ideals of excellence and leadership within the legal, security, and consultancy domains of the UAE.
